Beginning his journey at CPP as an intern in 2018, Raphael swiftly rose through the ranks, demonstrating innate leadership qualities that have been pivotal in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.
Before assuming the role of President, Mr. Jajati distinguished himself by facilitating transactions exceeding $500 million in off-market sales across a diverse spectrum of asset types. His expertise spans multifamily properties exceeding 5,000 units, expansive industrial assets, and a substantial portfolio of office buildings and retail assets. Additionally, he has overseen transactions involving expansive development sites covering more than 500 acres.
Throughout his career, Mr. Jajati has cultivated robust relationships with influential stakeholders including private investors, family offices, public REITs, trustees, distressed funds, and international investors. His expansive network and strategic outreach have been instrumental in his ongoing success and in positioning CPP as a leader in the real estate sector.
