Paul Marco Olaru joined Capital Property Partners as an Analyst and office administrator. Paul began his real estate career with this very firm and was influenced to follow in the path of his father in the real estate investing field. Paul’s passions include architecture, design, branding, marketing, research and analyzing real estate trends, economics, and markets and politics which connect with each other in his current position. In his spare time, he designs and paints. Paul has several degrees and certificates in Product & Industrial Design, and Graphic design in Concentration of Architecture and Construction.
