Julian Bombart is a 2020 University of Tampa Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Mr. Bombart was a student-athlete playing division II lacrosse during his time at the University of Tampa, winning Three Sunshine State conference championships, and having three NCAA Tournament appearances. Mr. Bombart has been tightly knit to the real estate community from an early age as his father and grandfather both dealt with real estate in New York City. Mr. Bombart conveys leadership, teamwork, motivation, enthusiasm and knowledge while conducting business. During Julian’s Time at Capital Property Partners, he has dealt with various types of real estate transactions which makes him dynamic.
