Raphael was born and raised in Brooklyn New York. He attended Yeshiva Magen Abraham High School. He quickly began his sales career at Cellular 21 before branching out into the real estate market in 2017.
Raphael is a high-touch broker known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients. His success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He strives to win for his clients while also providing a calm demeanor and a smile.
His predominant focus is Garden-Style residential, student & senior housing complexes in the Sunbelt varying all vintages- Value-Add, Core, & Core Plus product. He also sheds a large spotlight on helping new and existing clients in identifying their 1031. He endlessly analyzes all markets he covers from different perspectives to offer his clients a unique edge when disposing or acquiring property.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying nature, & studying Talmudic law.
