Amir joined Capital Property Partners as an Investment Advisor specializing in Affordable Development, Self-Storage and Mixed-Use opportunities.
Amir was born in Palo Alto, CA, his family moved to Israel at a young age. Fluent in both English and Hebrew, Amir graduated High School and joined the Army in 2013. Amir served for 3 years as a Sergeant in the IDF Active unit Lahav-603.
Honorably released in 2016, Amir moved back to the US following his graduation from Cornell University Commercial Real Estate program. Amir was offered a position as an Investment Manager and C.O.O of a private equity portfolio of over 150 buildings in Myrtle Beach, SC.
During this time, Amir negotiated contracts, examined new investments opportunities, managed tenant relations, oversaw CAPEX, and handled sales.
After gaining the skills and knowledge needed, Amir decided to leave the management world and private equity behind for a full-time Investment Advisor with CPPRE.
Amir reached his Sales Goals and was promoted to Managing Director in his 2nd year at CPP.
